Here's my take. Body hair is an evolutionary trait that has been selected for over thousands of years, to be of *some* evolutionary physiological benefit. We all have it in some shape or form.

I absolutely accept that for some people it's objectively / socially unattractive, and that's OK. You do you.

But for me, if my value in a potential partners eyes, rests on my approach to my own body hair, (be it remove or embrace) I'm questioning if we're a good match in terms of values. I would have issues if someone felt so strongly about my choices in respect of my body hair, that they would discount me, simply on the basis of whether I choose to remove or grow my hair. Let's live and live?

The other day I was down in my garden trimming my bush, after all anyone coming round for the first time and seeing an unkempt scraggy bush, it could be enough to put them off straight away. Then I looked up at the sky and saw some bird's soaring in the thermal currents that rise where I live, and I thought, that's what I need is a woman who is the wind beneath my wings, rather than the fart under my armpit.

Nothing wrong with hair, but neatly trimmed please.

It can be nice to feel some nice wetness before parting the lips.

I don't think many folk like picking hair out their teeth. Plus, too hairy a bush can leave you fighting through the undergrowth...
