Need to get back to work

It's now been a year since I last worked because of covid. Having worked all my life since leaving school in 1977, although just part time wen the kids were young I have taken hard to this situation.

Sleep patterns are all over the place, find myself falling asleep in the afternoon then can't sleep at night. Running out of things to watch on Netflix, missing family and friends.

I got my first vaccine last Saturday and suddenly feel there is light at the end of the tunnel. Lockdown is starting to ease so hopefully things will get back to some sort of normality soon.

Been working from home, but not the same as being in work. There is work creeping into leisure time and missing feed back and input into others.

Don't miss the commute, but the clear line between work life and home life.

I've not worked for a whole year either. It's been a strange and very difficult time for many reasons and when you live alone and don't see anyone it's even worse. I want to get back to work but I'm also very worried about going back x

I have worked throughout, had 2 vaccines and was feeling positive but now isolating as the girl i give a lift to work to had a positive test. Think we have a long way to go before things get better.

Worked throughout and still waiting on my vaccine..Good to be at work as at least you can communicate with others but also been a long slog and will be glad when finally out this

I've worked throughout - partly at home, partly at the office. Thankful to have a job but desperately need some time off before a mental burn out starts

Worked through, did all the covid security upgrades before they let folk back.

I only see the same 20 faces - on a rota.

But at leadt I get out.

I worry for those that have been isolated for the best part of a year.
