Ayrshire

Obviously I dont know what the injury is but have a week look in to a chiropractor see if its worth contacting them.

For best part of a decade I've been in a lot of pain with various things. I was sometimes given painkillers sometimes sent to physio and nothing worked

First visit to a chiropractor he diagnosed me with a few things and done a adjustment and its mostly all gone. Only thing im still getting treatment for is my knee which never repaired right when I injured it years ago

Hope you get it fixed soon.

Here's a little "medical" light relief for you in the meantime.

Possible trapped nerve, agree chiropractor might help.

It could be something as simple as an overly tight Psoas muscle, I'd have a Google and stretch before possibly spending for treatment

I have been trying ice packs, stretching and even got something from the docs.

Will keep trying this and see how it goes over the weekend.

Thanks

I'm a certified massage therapist. You would have to give details of where it's sore. Movement and pain descriptions.. How you injured yourself etc

OK. Just read the whole thread. Lol

Sounds like sciatica or a pulled muscle from over extension.

You should book a full body massage if it persists longer than a week.

Can you lift your knee up without pain in the glute and hamstring?

Is it sore when lying down?

Is the pain constant or only when you try to walk?

See a doctor if it persists longer than 2 weeks.
