Would liked to here anyones advice on getting rid of the flu .

The things Granma use to say was a cure would be good to here

If it's proper flu (season flu) you won't have to work it out - you'll know. Seasonal flu is very debilitating. Most folks with seasonal flu can't do much more than lie in bed and be looked after. Anything else is just man flu (ie a few snifles)
