Ah, the Windsor Dynasty franchise, US Division? I wish them no ill. Happy to hear they're expecting again just as I would be for any young couple.

However, no press intrusion and a life of philanthropy is obviously not their objective. They quite simply want it all their own way with lots of bucks please.

It'll be a one way interview. Tin hat on Liz!

It's a bit rich to bang on about privacy and then to go big with a telly interview. Reeks of double standards.

While not caring about the Royals, looking at that comment objectively, I do think there’s a difference in offering information to the public domain, and choosing to do so, compared to some hack sticking a long lens through your curtains to capture an image of you in your undercrackers.

Hmm I would like to offer a different perspective on this.

You're on fab right? I assume like most people you'd rather not have absolutely everyone in your life know that you're here. It's the same situation!

Harry and Meghan are offering this information, this is something they want to share, the main key is that there is consent from them to publish these details.

When they were at Buckingham they were under lots of scrutiny from the press, Harry saw what the press did to Diana and how stressful that would have been. When paps and press are around the people involved in the story usually do not consent for the story to be shared.

Consent is key and makes the same act have two very different meanings.

If by "offering of information" people mean the imminent birth announcement that's understandable. A lot of members of the public retain huge affection for the pair and it's nice news to hear from anyone.

But... I think the issue is the Megabucks, no questions off limits, interview with Oprah who it seems has courted them since being invited to a seat near the front of their wedding after only meeting them once. I think there is a bitterness about them that may spew forth all kinds of Royal turmoil. We can only hope that they lash into Uncle Andrew who is less deserving of ANY titles than themselves I'd say. I'm not really interested though...

Exactly. Why this ever so simple concept escapes so many is beyond me.

Yeah. There's a massive difference between "we'd like to go on TV and get our side of the story out" and the daily mail hounding them and fretting about the dirty Hispanic American marrying Diana's precious boy (especially when they were probably the ones after the paparazzi pics that killed her)

Indeed, Uncle Andy has made some unwise moves. I've got time for Harry, he's served in the war zone just like his uncle so I won't take that away from them. I genuinely would like to see them both happy but they seem to keep scoring own goals with "the establishment"

Harry is the only likeable one but Who cares man they should be punted from the palaces stripped off there titles crowns and money it’s an absolute farce that these benefit scroungers are allowed to do very little and have as much power and don’t be coming with Tourism because that is just a made up statistic and tourism would be much higher if we booted them out off the palace and opened it up to the public, Only way I would be happy to have them is if they could dethrone each other in a duel or something lol genuinely hate them so much hahaha

The problem I see here is you have a young man who has up until meeting his partner lived with the rules governing a member of the Royal family.

While he never fit in the role very well he was a champion of the people.

Imo unfortunately his partner wants fame adulation and to be a kardasian copy.

I feel sorry for him he looks like a guy being dragged along at her whim all the woke shit they come out with really isn't him in my opinion but he loves his partner and does what he believes is making her happy all in all its pretty sad

Harry was a party animal before he met his wife. Was he not photographed years ago splashing around naked in a pool with many others?. Good for him i say. The main thing is that he is happy mow.x

hence why I said he never fit into the role well.

The path he has chosen paints a very different picture from the "one of the lads" guy who skinny dipped and fooled around to the ultra woke sadsack you see now.

imo its not his choseing but he wants his partner happy and is trying to support her.

we all have opinions and mine is unfortunately he fell in love with a wrongun.

Personally I feel she has planned this all along, she pushes Harry’s vulnerability which is his mum and appears to be copying some of Diana’s actions which of course means Harry will jump to her aid as he may feel nobody jumped to his mums aid and he doesn’t want history repeating itself.

When Harry previously spoke to the press taking part in prearranged interviews there was passion in his face and voice for whatever subject he was talking about, he looked completely lost in that interview and the happiness they say they feel now definitely was not showing on his face.

This is obviously only my opinion.

Imagine your wife had depression and was suicidal surly you would seek help !

Also the subject of skin colour comes up and is interpreted as racism.

But excuse me but they are now living in one of the most racist countries in the world where they kneel on black folks till death.

Just an observation

Couldn't really care either way for them. No interest in even watching the reality show that was the interview.

Sounds like it was perfect for popcorn eaters though.

All I know is they fecked off looking for privacy away from the royal life and obligations but then cried foul during a reality TV production.

They both have plenty money so why are they complaining about security issues when no other superstar or reality TV stars get government paid protection.

Go do your own thing , be reality stars or be a private family , I don't care but for feck sake stop blaming others for it.

If meghan was suicidal surely the first port of call was brother in law wills or sister in law Kate. Personally it's all a bit suspicious and dressed up to suit the poor us narrative.

I've watched it a few times now. I catch onto new nuances everytime. Harry is definitely the more interesting to watch of the two. As I've said before...much more to come from them.

Yeah they'll probably get their own show , 'the Harry and meghan Saturday night talk show ' where they get to interview famous people around the world who have had some injustice in their lives 10 years ago or whenever and can talk about their feelings to Harry with Meghan Handing out the tissues .

There's the shows name.

"Harry and Meghans tissues for issues show".
