dont need a gym,

do 20 press ups, wait 1 min then 19 press ups wait a min then 18 press ups and so on till you get to 1

once you can manage this replace the press ups with burpees

this is a very proven method to get phenominal upper body physique from prison regimes

Bodyweight training:. Pushups, pullups, clutch hangs and stuff. I've put on two pound of muscle in a month and can perform one arm pushups just from bodyweight training (new pics to follow lol)

I have a lot of good stuff that'll help you. PM me for the info mate

Take plenty water every day. It quells apetite and flushes the body of rubbish. Minimum two litres, depending on salt in diet. Aim for three though.

Eat loads, but make it fruit n veg. Reduce carbs and sugar (tatties n bread, anything white)eat plenty fresh meats, and exercise 3 times a week, you should notice a big difference in about 4 weeks. If I can help message me.

Abs are made in the kitchen, you can do all the cardio and stomach crunches in the world, heck you can even juice all the steroids you can afford and still get nowhere if your diet isnt sorted x

if you want i can get mr to log in when he is back as he knows a lot more than me regarding workouts and diet x

You have to eat small and often upto 8 times a day, as it triggers the brain into

increasing your metabolism and that in turn burns reserved fat

This pretty much sums it up.

Losing weight is about 80% diet and 20% working out. Without getting too complicated you basically just need to take in less calories than you use and most of your calories should be made up from proteins (eggs, chicken, steak etc) and less carbohydrates (bread, pasta, potatoes etc). If you're doing weights though you should have carbs before and after a workout. Also, to make up for the lack of carbs you should increase your fats (good ones though, not bad ones, e.g. natural peanut butter)

"I'm going to the gym, but still struggling to shift a few pounds of belly fat that's built up without me realizing....who's got tips to get my flat stomach again?"

You need to sort out diet first..... what you eat, how much and how frequently.

Calorie counting helps. Supplements such as fat burners, creating monohydrate or a thermogenic in tablet form will assist.

Losing the paunch is only half the story.

Try and develop quality muscle at the same time. To do this you must break down muscle tissue through heavy resistance traing...... free weights, split body routine is best. Once the tissue is broken down, it needs a good protein, an multi amino acid supplement and include a multi vit to assist in repair. Include cv training, keep hydrated and keep motivated mate........you WILL notice gains

Hope this points you in the right direction
