I'm off work today and super bored! Just read that on average 87% of us are unhappy with our bodies which got me thinking of it in a swinging sense.

Mr is going to the gym lots now and his body is changing to what he wants, I go too but the wobbly bits are still here! Dammit!!

I'am un-happy with my body but im trying Really hard to get in shape via dieting and exercise. I would'nt change it via surgery, im thankfull to be alive and walking!

I used to be unhappy with my body after lot's of surgery etc . Then i plucked up guts and got reconstruction surgery and never looked back...I'd now say i'm pretty happy with my wee body

I still personal train part time but have never had the 6 pack of some of the more dedicated members of my profession so yes I really look back on my early twenties when i trained hard and looked to trim and wish I could get that look back!.... And then I realise that red wine and quality crisps leave a legacy and I hope that clients like the fact that I am "just like them"!!

my mr is the same with his abs, he loves his new look arms and shoulders but moans about the lack of abs and that he is still chubby. I don't think he is, but if he really wants the abs Hel need to live without the KFC every Wednesday lol x

Overall I wouldn't change my body trough surgery but.... An dieting at the moment as an in training for some competitions, so I guess I am actively changing it to more toned.... But if teeth count? I want a full set of porcelains, so bright that people need shades when I smile

I used to say the same till i became ill and needed lots of ops and reconstruction surgery made me more confident

We are going to the gym to lose a few pounds. Cream would like to be a bit fitter and trimmer round the waist, bum, arms and thighs. Maybe once the weight is shifted we could be called cereal bar and skimmed milk!
