"Does any one do this and have any stories about it or places they do that." It is a criminal offence to flash in public. If this is something you seek, then perhaps you could arrange an outside but secluded meeting between consenting adults, where a scene has been pre arranged. For example wandering into the back garden of your agreed play partner and flashing through the window. As it is consensual, agreed location and relatively secluded you are unlikely to fall foul of the law. But the thrill will still be there.

It's just skeezy. Nothing wrong with having a kink, but keep it between consenting parties.

If your kink involves (or risks involving) those who haven’t consented (or can’t), it’s not a kink, it’s abuse. And it’s criminal. It’s also certainly not sexy.

"it's funny there is a law against flashing but there is no law of walking about naked they have to charge them with something else " It’s the sexual element that makes it criminal. There’s nothing intrinsically sexual about naked folk. Most of the ‘naked rambler’s’ issues were one bad decision on the part of a cop to arrest, followed by months of contempt of court, etc when he refused to dress for court diets. Flashing most definitely falls into the ‘sexual element’ though...

"it's funny there is a law against flashing but there is no law of walking about naked they have to charge them with something else " Not quite up on the naked law thing. But pretty sure, you can be naked anywhere. The problem is if someone takes offence at your nakedness. That's were the criminal act kicks in... Naked amongst fellow naked peeps in a naked peeps only place - all fine and dandy. Naked or flash a bit of naked in a busy high street. Yer Gonna get arrested!! Boobs are another issue. The whole free the nipple movement is a prime example for this. Man topless no issue. Woman topless big issue... What the actually Fuck!!! Equality imbalance glaringly staring you in the face. Why.. Well the main reason for this whole shit show of nakedness is that the human body has been sexualised through hundreds of years of social conditioning...

"Sorry did not make it clear meant arranged Flashing not the illegal type." Ahhh, you forgot the golden rule, the all important qualifier. It's the same as if you say you want to meet, you always need to use the qualifier "when it's safe and allowed" otherwise everyone will jump to the conclusion you mean this very second
