It’s what I’ve got. And the definition varies but imo it’s 40+ body that doesn’t spend it’s life in a gym. Can be toned and fit. Can be middle age spread. Doesn’t matter.

I don’t go to the gym or anything but do try and make an effort. Mostly because I don’t want to buy bigger cloths

Hubby has a dad bod and I love it, Perfect shape for spooning and due to his heavy manual job big arms and broad shoulders perfect for throwing me around the bedroom. I’m not mega into the pretty boys or the gym buffs. Tend to find the stereotype more than often fits the bill. Dad bod all the way for me

I’ve never cared one way or the other, sounds a wee bit cheesy but intelligence, wit and personality always come first. You could be a Chris Helmsworth lookalike but if you’ve got the charisma of a cardboard box then mehhhh

A strong looking frame which looks like it could take my weight is the main thing... few extra lbs not an issue at all. I'd be intimidated by a 6 pack.

Owner of a Dad bod.... It does not make me a bad person. To be fair at 6ft1 I can stand tall and hide it a little but would love to get under 15 stone again. Up and down like a yoyo between 15 4 and 15 11.
