Many places remain open so personally i think you have as much chance of catching the virus in Asda as you do on a fab meet.

I like a lot of people have covid fatigue but I won’t be meeting even if I think the measures in place are all a bit drastic. My uncle who is in his 70’s has been laid low by it and I’d hate if I was the one to cause any of my family to suffer or even worse die from it.

Absolutely not. I've accepted the fact I'm not playing / meeting or even going to a club once they open for a good while! Getting your end away isn't worth the risk of you're loved ones.

I agree to a point but you don't see folk shagging in the fruit and veg aisle in asda though

It is not a sexually transmitted only virus. People are going into hospitals and catching it without shagging.

I was only attempting a wee bit humour lovely. I agree you can catch it anywhere but close contact is more likely to pass it on. People in hospitals are in close proximity to each other for a longer period of time. We are totally done with covid and not having a life. I'm happy to take my chances but would never forgive myself if I passed it on to someone that was vulnerable x

In hospital? I work for the NHS and never seen anyone getting jiggy. Hospital robes are not a sexy look

Some will some wont its as simple as that .

what others choose to get upto do not concern me.

Just concentrate on looking after yourself rather than wondering what others are doing

There are many who believe this virus isn't real & feel they are being dictated to & wont follow the rules thats why we are in a 2nd lockdow

Probably the same numpties (or desperados) that kept meeting up the first time round.

Oh I dunno. Some are so brazen about it all so wouldn’t surprise me.

Besides that I certainly wouldn’t get into a debate with them.

I would just block their sorry ass

It’is a bit like an STD in that you have to give the names of people you’ve been in contact with so I imagine it could get a bit embarrassing and not worth the risk.

Can’t wait for all the catching up that I’ll be doing when it’s safe

Yeah we will probably still meet. Our kids still go to school and mingle with thousands of other kids and mr is still working and mingling with other workmates and the public. There’s also loads of trips to shops etc

So considering the amount of people we are in daily contact with, having fun with another couple or 2 isn’t going to make a huge difference.

Our family still watch the kids overnight every so often so what else is there to do than have some fun now that everything is shut anyway.

I don't believe they think the virus is a hoax more that they don't agree with the measures being put in place.

I'd also say look to the countries that have faired better and see the differences in approach from those govts
