Oooft buddy settle down just a bit. Looks like that guy binned the account which is not unusual for trolls.... When you hit the who's near button. You can select that match my criteria. Inverclyde is a smallish place really so it's not going to be a massive list all sitting waiting.

If you re-read, no-one said it was you that had binned their account or was trolling . Most have given you constructive advice. As we are in the middle of a pandemic, I would suggest most aren't meeting just now. There are plenty of female & couple profiles in that area.

Is it bad that we screen potentials based partly on their civility and spelling mistakes/use of appalling text-speak in forum posts/messages?

Someone who can't even take the time to type "the" instead of "d" just makes us wish them all the best for their time on fab but that none of it will be spent with us...
