Take it to the canal toe path it reasonably quiet and flat so no need to be out or off the saddle experiences

I normally do mostly road and some off road - Forest or parks, lochs , Loch leven is a good one then from there Lochore Meadows then back to Kirkcaldy good 40 mile cycle

I don't wear Lycra cheeky lol

Nonsense! You shouldn’t worry about what you think other people are thinking as I bet you 99% are totally not thinking what you think they are thinking (if you follow that!). For the 1% - FK them!! The feel good factor of getting out and getting exercise will outweigh the effort of starting. Mind you it does hurt yer bits at first lol!!!
