Now staying in Shawlands area on the weekend of the 20-22 July and looking for any advice on the area or should I head into the city centre? Looking for fun while here also so if anyone is free...

There are one or two bars there but nothing great still best to head into town which is only a five mins taxi ride away xxx

hmm advice ? well i would avoid the corona its shite , tusk is a decent enough nightclub shed not so much, mostly students round that way oh and defo keep out the park at nights on weekends loads of weird and wonderful stuff happens there .

Shawlands used to be a great place but now it's not very nice. Best to head into town like everyone else says.
