Are there new rules on private pics being sent between fabbers?

I used to be able to send funny or daft images I had downloaded to friends but now they have to be approved?? When did this happen?

Appreciate these can't be uploaded as public pics. It's nothing rude or banned! Cross my heart and hope to.....(thud).

I used to be able to send them when we were on the boabie basic deal....no site supporter thingy at all.
