World mental health day.... Even more so than usual in these crazy times I'm sending positive vibes and virtual cuddles to anyone who needs them.

Please remember there is always someone who wants to listen to and help you. X

Well said hunni

Not a time to be taking sly digs at people like one or two status updates I've saw today .

If you can't be kind be quiet

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt .

It’s good to talk....

Happy to listen if anyone needs a neutral to sound off with.

I know only too well what it’s like when you feel you’ve no where to turn

Life is a bit shitty for us all sometimes. Especially at the moment. Additional stress, worry, pressures, and separation from people we care about.

We arent all living our best lives or have homes, relationships, friendships or family that are "Instagram perfect" We are human. We are real. We have problems, challenges, fight hidden battles, have scars and we are all a little bit broken. Even if sometimes our smiles are not.

We are imperfectly flawed and that's what makes us all unique.

It's OK not to be ok gets thrown around but often you don't feel like it is OK at all.

My eldest often tells me I'm "swaning" looking like all is fine on the surface but underneath paddling away frantically just trying to stay up right.

I'm sure that's just part of being an adult.

That's the thing, you never know how others are feeling, what they are going through. One person's it's OK I've got this is another's world falling apart.

Some of us are lonely in even the most crowded of rooms or closest relationships.

Some of us have hearts that beat through many many cracks.

Yet, we still compare. We compare our feelings with phrases like 'others have it worse " others have a harder life" or my go to one, "I know I'm lucky really" sometimes I feel really fucking unlucky actually.

Perspective is a funny and fickle thing.

So to all of the swans or to anyone who might be struggling. Let's all remember to just be kind to each other. Not just for the day but always. Think before we speak or act.

Check in with each other.

Support each other.

Laugh and cry with each other.

Be real. Be brave and be you.

Life is not a competition or a rehearsal.

I need more than a hug, the pressures I'm under with my new job. Not just the job itself but the fact 95% of the locals hate us and want to kill every last one of us.

I suffer myself and I know the bridges can be burnt if you stay silent. Its good to talk and share. Sometimes all we need is a little encouragement and kind words. We are a community that I've found like minded people. Some I call friends. My inbox is always open to those that just want to rant rave or whatever. If it helps only 1 person then it's worth it
