Is it just me or are you cautious about going for a haircut ? I feel I leave it longer and longer now

perth

Think I was last at the hairdresser in November. My hair could definitely benefit from a trim but it really hasn't been a priority since lockdown restrictions eased & now that infection rates are increasing and restrictions are tightening again I'm not in any rush to get it cut.

Been somehow managing to cut my own hair since March (whether it's a good haircut is another thing) and can't see that changing anytime soon.

mine is usually tied up but going to hairdressers at the mo seems a bit daunting.

the abyss

I'm lucky that I know my hairdresser and the precautions they have taken to make sure its safe with no double clients etc. It being their own business I want to support them but I'm definitely not going as often as normal

My hairdresser takes adequate precautions around ppe etc so I have no worries going.

Been letting the wife do it and it's actually suprisingly good investing £70 on set of good clippers had paid for itself

Aberdeen

'Project Fear' marches on ... why so scared?

I get my haircut every 2 weeks at Sovereign in Aberdeen. Perfectly safe.

Perspex screens, full PPE, sanitised every time. Still great service too.

It's a simple airborne virus. People need to stop being victims. The biggest virus is the fear you are spreading with this paranoia.

Support your local business where you can. Be prepared, follow the advice, be safe and confident.

Live don't hide.

Been a couple of times, its all good. One of the safest environments I've found so far. Screens, masks, no gathering of people, appointments well managed etc.

I very rarely go to the hairdressers as I usually end up hating it.

Thank god for box dyes and conditioning treatments

Palmers coco butter one. Comes in a sachet. Tesco. Saved my hair after I fried it when I last went blonde!

The bleaching is part of my problem too! I grow it out and say I wont do it again but that lasts about a month

I'll have to try that one. Thank you
