Hey All

I’m looking to get back into running after a while out, does anyone know of any running clubs or groups in West Lothian?

Theres A few Clubs. 2 based in Livingston. I dont know if they are doing sessions currently though

Whether it a running group or a running club I’m not fussy, appreciate the help, understand if sessions aren’t operating in the current climate.

Look for local Park Runs and the running shop chain Run4it if they have a branch close by they might have a running group

Look up the Scottish athletics website there is a list of clubs there
