If you could travel back and time and do something differently what would you do?

Can only be something in your own life and not anything to do with money.

I would taken more chances when I was younger.

Mmm I'm not a huge believer of thinking 'what if' etc but maybe I'd believe in myself more - or made sure I kept the weight off after having my son

Only one thing i would changed, I would have went to pick my son and husband up the night they got attacked instead of them walking home, that hard knock at the door carried by horrid news that my husband was brutally attacked and left for dead and son injured, was the worst feeling and worst times of our lives ever. I would change that. Luckily they all good now. So happy ending.

That's awful, can't imagine how that must feel. Luckily they are both ok now.

I would not have done the overtime on the Saturday night which meant cancelling a nightout with a good friend. Due to change of our plans she went out with other friends and was involved in a car crash which left her paralysed from the waist down at aged 24. I always have and always will blame myself for that night her life changed forever.

I’m loving life now and am a better person due to what I’ve experienced. I can hold my head high in the knowledge I have earned what I have with the most valuable asset being amazing family and friends

It's not too late, you could foster or adopt.

Try my best to live without regrets or reflection. Sorry to those who feel trauma. Can be very painful.

I'd definitely go back virtually 20 years and stop our 5 year old daughter going out to play in the garden. She climbed the wall to get into the adjoining field, must have fallen, hitting her head on an old rotting stile. A nail punctured her skull. Amazingly, and against the odds, she did survive but was left brain damaged. She is incredibly independent now mostly xx

It really was and obviously it changed life for us all dramatically. However, we're all doing great. Our daughter has plenty of friends, including a boyfriend, is generally very popular and holds down a job.

Not went to university because my mother and hubby pressured me into it. I’ll always regret wasting my funding on a degree I hated doing and have no use for now. I have never been more miserable than when I was in uni.

Wow some of these are real eye openers.

For me, I regret punching my first fiancees uncle in the face at a wedding reception (not mine). He m*lested her when she wee, something I only found out a few days beforehand. Hitting him felt so fucking good and righteous at the time, but the family never forgave and the relationship never recovered. She was my first love, I was only 23 at the time lol, and I think about her often.

That would be a tough one....normal, human reaction would be the one you had. But families are very complicated eh....
