There are obvious films that make you blubber like ET and Schindlers List but what other films unexpectedly make u burst into tears??

I'm quite a sucker for that tear extracting element in films ...even though I know am being exploited n ma soft squidy centre is being prodded I can't help surrender n let them salty pearls flow ...

recently ma orbs moistened at the end of the Swimmer with Burt Lancasters broken (m)ad man trying to gain re-entry into his delusional dreamhome ...to such shapes am I related? - I murmured ...ecce homo! ... n awthat!

Proper soppy git here (fem btw) can cry & the smallest thing in a movie. Last night I cried at mamamia, here we go again when she saw her dead mothers ghost at her babies christening.

Then there's the green mile and armageddon to name a couple & I still cry like mad at titanic

Actually got a labrador puppy about 6-8 weeks before I saw that film. If it had been the other way round would never have got the dog. Still to go through the Owen Wilson bit at the end.

Deffo Marley and Me. If you're a dog owner or have had a Labrador like Marley then it hits even harder.

The book is even more of a weep-inducer. I was weeping like a baby at the back of the bus whilst reading it.

I'm not religious at all but I sobbed my heart out twice in the cinema seeing The Passion of the Christ. It was the most graphic depiction of historic violence I had seen, and knowing people did that shit to each other for real just broke me.
