We have kept our hotel booking for next week and are heading to Edinburgh for the weekend,

If anyone would fancy a social drink and a giggle let us know

Just a little bump for this thread

We’ll be free Saturday late afternoon and evening for a sociable drink or two!

Make the most of what would’ve been the Edinburgh Social

Terrible attitude

I’m away a few days myself in a couple of weeks so decided to make it family this weekend

Sounds lovely! What do you have planned while you’re there? We’re doing some of the more touristy type stuff this time round

Haha well that’s fair enough then! We’ve done the family trips recently so decided it was adult time

We've booked a ghost tour and hopefully a walk up Arthur's seat if the weather is ok. Apart from that some shopping, drinking and eating

If any of you are doing the Ghost Bus Tour, then it's a fun and entertaining one.

I went on it with a friend from London and we both had a good laugh.

Somewhere over there

Kept our hotel reservations in Edinburgh.

Ended up conked out after lunch in Berwick! Going to visit St Abbs tomorrow as the geek in me likes the link to Thor!

Hopefully another social will happen and we’ll see folks another time

Good morning all.

I'm worried that this is the new norm

After8 might struggle to reopen

The strip clubs will be closed permanently

It was really good. There’s a part where you can get off the bus to have a look around the cemetery. Definitely worth booking.

They missed that bit off with us, as it was bucketing down.

The Edinburgh Dungeons is also pretty good, especially when trying to shelter from the frequent rain
