So today my friend met a chap in the local supermarket. One of those interactions that leave you thinking there was define chemistry and actually more than the fleeting interaction

So she very bravely put up a post on a local Facebook page asking him to contact her.

I'm super proud of her and thought it lovely. Sadly some of the comments are awful.

Would you have been that brave?

Have you ever had one of those moments with a stranger?

If you were him would you reply?

Some of the comments towards your friend or the fact she posted about it? Either way they are fuds.

Had fleeting moments when I know a total stranger was feeling something I was too but never really acted on it.

(If the petite blonde who I bumped into at the bar in The Piper from last August is on here please get in contact! )

Oh, and assuming I was single, I'd definitely reply.

Definatly good on her! I wouldn't be so brave. I've had a moment like that,I was in a store flicking through cds and felt someone's eyes burning into me, turned around and instantly felt this overwhelming attraction to the very handsome man!

Nothing came of it. I walked out the shop. I think about it often though!

Well done to your mate is what I think.

As for the nasty comments, they're just sad people.

Some people can be w@#kers on social media, hence why I no longer use it.

Hope your friend meets who she was looking for even if it comes to nothing.

How sad of the soulless, negative keyboard warriors. Your friend is very brave and well done her though I’d be too scared too even though I’m a real romantic. I hope there’s a happy ending. Do let us know

Lol I see, I guess that’s why some people think grammar and spelling is important

Unfortunately social media gives sad, pathetic, poisonous people filled with self loathing a platform to try and make others as miserable as they are.

I applaud your friend and sincerely hope she finds her mystery man.

Good for her I say...

So many times I've had a random encounter too like that, but sometimes it's just two friendly people and nothing more....unless they're also on fab

I don't see the problem, if there was a connection of some sort why not try seek and find , if everyone who ever had a connection with someone did nothing, no one would really find anyone.

So good on her, shame on all the old fashioned, boring, keyboard worriors with nothing better to do than come down on someone who felt a connection with someone .

Hope she find him and he replies for all anyone knows he could be her one.

Not on Facebook but I did put a similar post on Twitter after I got chatting to a woman in the gym I am a member at....sadly nothing materialised.

Yes, I would reply if I was him...
