Gents issue that effects both

Anyone had any ed problems, I did for 6 years believing that I would never manage without viagra. I got help and have a good one when I need it and a drawn full of the wee blue pills.

Viagra gives me a headache.

A healthy diet and lifestyle can help. Holland and Barrett do a test booster called tribulus terrestris. I’ve used that in the past and found it increased sex drive

The problem like 99% of men with limp dick was all in the head. I had a block after being in a 16 year marriage with constant rejection. Anything can trigger it. I changed my diet and cut out sugar too. My son is a health freak and bounces me into fitness and self confidence.

Girls don’t lie, touch is everything but what use is a flaccid penis. ??

as men age their testosterone levels drop off, usually starts from around 40 - 45 years of age and continues for life

men with low testosterone find it difficult to achieve erection

Diabetes also prevents erection

both the above can be treated and neither are a mental block.

If you take advice from a stranger on an anonymous forum without doing any research then increased anger is probably the least of your worries
