When I'm feeling rubbish I quite often go for childhood favourite Disney's - yes I do cry at most of them and yes I know its stupid!

So what's your go to film or music to help lift your spirits and make you feel better when you're down or unwell?

Looking for some new inspiration

Don't stop believing, Don't stop me now, More than a feeling and Gimme Shelter.

All lift me up considering I grew up wishing I was Manchester rather than Glasgow for the music lol

At the risk of sounding like a heavy mad racist given its recent cancellation, I love Gone With The Wind.

Also love Thelma & Louise though I hope for a different ending every time I watch it.

Music, Bob Marley, 3 Little Birds and Fleetwood Mac, Sara.

I must admit I love Mama Mia 1 and 2! But don't think I've seen all of PS I love you - was probably crying too much

I cry at almost everything. I'm such a sap!

A bit of Joan Jett or Blondie playing loudly in the car with the windows down is good though xxx

If I'm having a really bad day I tend to listen to Slipknot psychosocial or dead memories. They soon cheer me up!

Ages ago heard Mark Kermode (Kermode &Mayo show R5) day that if you want to “re-set” your mood watch a horror move - seemingly its to do with fear & adrenaline supposedly, bit like when you come off a rollercoaster... you always feel great.

Haha well as the great Calvin & Hobbs cartoon states - nothing helps a bad mood like spreading it around
