OP, there are people who can listen and then from there, help you. It’s a really testing time for people right now but if you feel vulnerable then you have to ask for help. Call the number already provided for Samaritans or your GP.

Seriously mate find someone to talk to, folks here have given you good advice and people to talk to who will listen because the brave man face thing can lead to PTSD aniexty depression and other things.
