Once this lockdown is over you should put it in the meets section

“ looking for local honey’s “

( take shelter awaiting abuse )

They never have them when I go in

I rub a little vasiline on my nose a few times a day it helps a little with the antihistamines, nose spry and eye drops

All the wipes do is wipe pollen off your face, any wet wipe will do the same thing, the rest is just marketing.

Try Hay Max, its a wax you rub around your eyes and nose, stops the pollens. Works really well.

I’ll second Haymax, does work when out and about.

Tried Kenalog last year, worked for 3-4 weeks then it was back to normality. So not sure if it was worth the money, and the doctor didn’t recommend taking it frequently.

Other than those, I’ve been taking a Sudafed nasal spray when blocked and Benadryl when nose runs- helps me anyways

Hay fever is a nightmare

I had it over 30 years.

Wear dark glasses

Go to the seaside

Stay indoors. With windows closed

A air purifier in the room

Have a shower The water washes the pollen away.

Vaseline in the nostrils helps too

I was told that snuff helped.

Believe me. It dose not. It only made things worse.

Aye. Snuff lol
