i went to lanimers with a friend years ago ..got to admit it was a cracking day out lots to see an do an plenty drink to be d*unk (not that that i would partake in such things)

Lanimer information.. dont have the exact info !!

But - Be in the main street for about 9am..

And find something to sit on or lean against.. as it will be a very busy event - even if its raining..!!

After all the ceremony has finished head down to the park where there will be lots of different things happening and "IF" its a nice day it great to sit around the park watching it all.. its also great for young kids..

Its not very much but im kinda sure you still have to pay to actually get into the park..
