And possibly self suck

I've seen someone do it and will never look at a man that does yoga in the same light again.

I cant decide if thats impressive or disturbing that the body can bend like that....

I still can't wrap my head around how that would work and definitely not googling it in case I need to wash my eyes out with bleach afterwards

I'm open to any sort of exercise that will help me physically, keep me injury free and running

I can curl my toes around a headboard but I definitely think I'd still need to remove some ribs and my boobs to be able to do it!

Do a wee bit but mainly pilates. Definitely improved my core strenghth which was kinda knackered after 2 c sections.

Mr has some lower back issues and he also found working on his core with pilates definitely helped. Pretty sure it was a Ryan Giggs dvd he got that he liked.

Loads of vids on Youtube which is what I follow. Maybe worth attending a few classes if you get the chance when they open up again.

you need to watch with your back i would suggest going to chiropractor first and get your back aligned up properly as you can cause more damage to your back if you haven't and your body will overcomplicated for any misalignment but yoga is great and gives you good well being and just to prepare you it can be quite painful first few times you do it

Ive been doing yoga for years and self sucking has never been a consideration. Think you would need to be born double jointed in the first place to do that. Or have an absolute massive tadger.....

Oh no, not the boobs! No need to do it yourself, let me help you with that.

Like doggy said, youtube vids for right now, but search specifically for 'yoga for lower back pain'. And pay attention to your body so you don't overexert yourself...

Just be careful about how you go about self taught yoga / pilates etc.

As a beginner you'll often need proper guidance / support/ alignment, otherwise you could only hurt yourself more
