I'm not a great baker. They can be a bit hit or miss but did make some lovely fairy cakes recently. Gave them angel wings and filled with butter icing. Just like my gran used to make.

I've baked loads during lockdown, partly because I find it relaxing & partly because I like cake . I've also honed my bread making skills. I have given lots of the things I've baked to other people though.

the abyss

I love baking and do it far too much as then it has to be eaten. I dread the thought of trying my jeans on again - might just live in leggings forever more

Everything from cupcakes, birthday cake, brownie, flapjack, shortbread, tiffen and an awful lot in between has been made and consumed

I LOVE crumble - my weakness is rhubarb crumble. Luckily my son hates it otherwise I'd be making that every week too!!

Somewhere nearby

I’ve done nothing but bake - cupcakes, caramel shortbread, different types of bread, sponge, crackle biscuits, hobnobs, brownies, scones are all faves.

I give it out to my chums though and have given a box or 2 to one of my Fab besties if he’s been passing - all socially distanced.

I live baking. My dream would be to have a wee cafe where I could just bake and feed people all day

Not a cake fan but had stuff to use in the cupboard. Made salted caramel brownies yesterday for the first time and there’s none left today so they seemed to go down well

Luv cakes, but my local supermarket is all out of flour.

So if anyone is baking, I'm available for sharing the guilty calories
