Plus dogging only becomes an offence if a member of the public spots you and makes a complaint. Not that i have ever done it but remember hearing this on the Jeremy Vine radio show.

Best advice is don't say as naming sites and areas just fucks it up.

If sites are revealed then all the muppets, cops and reporters just end up there and that glorious secret spot becomes Sunday news

Hi Bluebell, I think I remember listening to that too. Its only an offence if someone doesn't approve and reports you. Dogging or even masturbating in your car or with a partner are fine as long as you dont upset folk.

P.S love your pictures from Ardeer beach....if I see you I'll come say hi....if thats ok.

Yes always best to check first but Im sure the Ardeer beach is ok for nude sunbathing. Anything else might get you into trouble x

It’s an offence if you cause someone alarm.....that’s another reason Scots law you need two coppers....one gets alarmed seeing you the other is the witness....

Hahaha unbeknown to the guy I was with but we had a full on session parked outside the local constabulary building m, was only when he went to get out the car to fix himself did I give him the heads up 1at which point a panda came out the parking lot, it certainly gave me a thrill lol

A police officer can also be the one to make a complaint if they see you

Gleniifer braes was my introduction to dogging. Used to be very busy in the woods but went a few weeks ago, pre covid, and was very quiet.
