Anyone else’s all over the place?

Mr is working from home so has some routine, but is still killing time for the occasional sleep then staying up late.

Mrs is off, so sleeping late and staying up late.

Total nightmare for both of us.

It was fine for a week or two. But five weeks is just totally messing with us both now. Still the spectre of at least another 6-7 weeks to go too!

Yep sleep pattern is all over the place.

Same with the kids. They have been getting up at stupid o'clock in the morning which in turn also gets me up.

Have never been a big sleeper and get by on about 4 hours a night on average, but I do like having a routine for the day, it helps me stay sane and focused

My sleep pattern is awful. My body gets tired but my head is wide awake which prevents me from sleeping.

I seem to be sleeping better. For a while it was 4 hours quite often, but now it's usually 6 hours, with regularly after a read, another hour or two.

No idea, I'm lost. Damn Sat nav!

I can sleep upto 10hrs some nights and still struggle to get up in the mornings like its a physical struggle to even open my eyes... had bloods done a few times but nothing has shown up altho I have been anaemic a few times.

I used to jump out of bed as soon as the sun was up .

Worked shifts for years, now with being furloughed, I'm sleeping perfectly and feeling well rested.

I’m still working so enjoying still having to set the alarm but I’m starting later in the morning meaning I’m not getting up so early. I don’t always go to bed at a decent time and I’m feeling constantly tired because of this

Glasgow (for now)

I was starting to get 6-7hr unbroken sleep, after 20+ years of split sleeps due to care issues.

Now back to the split sleeps. Not good, got home from work yesterday and was asleep for 3 hours from 5pm.

Grrrr...

I always sleep badly. Lucky if I get 4 hours a night. Most of it broken.

I'm still going to work which means my 6am alarm hasn't changed.

Would have been fine if it wasn't for my arsehole neighbours who find it necessary to start fighting around midnight EVERY SINGLE BLOODY NIGHT. Usually until about 2-3am. I'm exhausted and not looking forward to my alarm clock in the morning

That's a bloody nightmare, our neighbour has a 2 year old and it certainly feels like he has screamed every night for 2 years ,

I'm still working, but my sleep pattern is all over the place. Think it's just the oddness of the situation that playing with my mind.
