I don't like beer bellies, man boob bods, sorry just not the kinda bod that floats my boat nor do I like over done muscle bods, so I'm all for the normal healthy body.

Somewhere in between...."solid" would be a fair description...Abs under a wee layer or 3 of insulation is a nice look.

I like stocky

I just like men who look like a proper man.....to me that is, wont to others maybe but the best kinda man is one who is confident in himself regardless.

I like being lean because I feel happier when I'm lean but I think it can hold us back when we meet folk because sometimes it maybe triggers insecurities in others? Everyone seems more at ease when I'm a bit fatter

Personally I like a more stocky / dad type of body. I'm not into gym buffs at all. Not because there not nice to look at but because of how I compare I guess, I'm not a gym goer at all! . A big9t of chub is my go too

I had before pictures taken last week. I let myself go with bad food for a while. Eating everything that tastes shite now and got 15 weeks before I have my abs again. End of July I might do a topless pic with my kilt on.

I understand what you mean. I'm on the other side of that as I'm currently rocking a dad bod but want to get my self closer to how you are. So yeah I do look at people at get a little insecure but I am me and that's all that matters.

Oldie my Mrs feels the same with what you say although she will comment on ripped guys eg: blonde guy from sons of anarchy

I think she’s mad as if that’s what she likes , try find someone on here she lines like that

Yeah defo like cuddling a rock, I dated a bodybuilder who had like 5% body fat or something everything was rock solid and wasn't that great to spoon with x had a one night revisit as it were years later and he was a bit more squishy still mega fit but defo alot nicer to cuddle up with that's for sure
