Say you have piles and are.in extreme pain when visiting the toilet and cannot sit down! Most won't ask any more questions the more embarasing the better cos who on earth would lie about that! If you have a male boss try telling him your period came early and your bleeding like a pig being slaughtered and suffering from iron deficiency he won't question it he will want to get off the phone asap! X

You have had to return home as you tried to come in but then started vomiting again when in the car/bus/train. You thought you were coming home to chage your clothes but it has got worse.

Sunstroke! It's very highly poss seeing as it was so warm yesterdy and u were out doing the garden all day!!!!! And had to go to nhs 24 last night.

Yeah I know im in a fortunate position to have a job, but I've been d*unk since Saturday so really couldn't go into work, not watched any horrors yet, think im scary looking enough, think the exorcist springs to mind " your mother sux cocks in hell" need to lie down again
