I was down in London watching some of the athletes arriving for the Olympic games, and I saw a guy carrying a pole on his shoulder.

I asked him if he was a pole vaulter?

Ha Ha Yes bed was well and truly pummelled. In fact pummelled is an understatement. lol

Bed is being fixed I HOPE as we speak. If not then it will be a quick run to the shops tomo for new one. Hope to see lots of people on the pole on Sat night and hope I have survived the new CJ's party on Fri in Edinburgh. xx
