I was due away 24th of this month .

I suspect you wont hear anything for a few months

The system has all but crashed for us. Die to fly next month but obviously that has been dropped

At the moment they are still legally obliged to refund within 14 days, the government has not yet approved the 4 month extension to refund or credit note policy

Refunds or move your holiday to a later date

Im just waiting on one refund and posponed a holiday to a later date .

I know many are trying to fob people off with vouchers tho

We'll be happy with a voucher if they're guaranteed by atol, if that guarantee can't be given the we'll have a refund

Jet2 is refunding up to 17th June at the minute, ended up having to call them but money will be in the bank in the 3-5 days, stay safe everyone x

Most likely a scam to help their cash flow - get people to book flights now that may never happen - then avoid a cash refund and offer a voucher

airlines starting to run skeleton routes now hopefully by Sept this will be a distant memory my other hols cancelled now but that's my doing

I'm in the same boat. Going to let them take the payment and then refund when it is cancelled.

Without a vaccine or antibody test how will package holidays suddenly become an option.

Some airlines are saying June others July they all need to plan ahead no point in waiting until GOV say it’s ok to travel and then make plans. Better for them to have their schedule planned and then cancel if it doesn’t happen.

We’ve chosen the refund route and it’s being sorted through a travel agent who has been absolutely fantastic and always kept us in the loop.

Don’t know when we’ll rebook; more than likely next year. Hopefully once lockdown lifts, we’ll just enjoy wee trips in Scotland or down to other fab clubs in UK

Jet2 cancelled our June trip on Wednesday, refunded our money into the bank today, TBH was surprised they dealt with it so quickly
