So are you going to do your own or just wait?

That goes for colouring for the ladies as well as cuts?

It might be interesting to see what colour my own hair actually is and just how unruly it is when it grows

Thank goodness I got mine done the day before my hairdresser closed

Now mine has grown longer than it normally gets, I’ve noticed an increase in the grey

I will have to get out the clippers and try my best at a DIY haircut

I always do my own and my daughters anyway, not trained as a hairdresser but I actually do a better job at colouring my own hair than its ever been done at a hairdressers because of the length of it. Haven't done my boys hair since they were alot younger as they enjoy going to the barbers so haven't got any clippers anymore but I can do a gents cut as well

Always colour my own hair anyway...did the roots last night. Could really be doing with a trim so Mr clippers may come out after a bottle of wine and I'll end up looking like a medieval monk.

Mine usually sticks out like a dandelion (my hair!!) if I let it grow, but maybe this time a bit longer and gravity will work on it. Not fancying the buzzcut option as I’ve heard horror stories about when it goes wrong.

I've noticed a new trend since covid lockdown. So many people dying their roots grey. It's certainly an unusual look but it is definitely catching on.

I've cut and coloured my own hair for the last 13 years, I change it all the time so didn't want to pay someone once a week to do it haha! It's really easy to do

Thinking of just shaving it all off.

Don't know how good a job I'll do

I’m lucky two of my three sons have long hair so they don’t particularly need it cut until hairdresser are working again.

My other son we just thin it down at the sides with clippers and the long fringe is just getting longer

I was due to get my hair trimmed but will need to wait now but it’s already quite long so I reckon it will be at my waist by the time I can get an appointment!

Will chop my fringe myself and just tie mine back mostly. Bought a spray for my roots which will need to do for now. Only going to work so hair not important these days. More concerned about my nails.

Think my hair will look much the same after this as when I was 23 and thought it cool to be over my shoulders. Mind you, not so much at the front and top now.

I’m surprised as a home carer you’re allowed long, painted nails.

My daughter has been like a wild thing in the garden for 2 weeks and brushing the tatts was horrendous, so she agreed to her bum length hair having a wee trim. She is rocking her nice chin length bob now

Always colour my hair myself thank goodness so can keep the grey at bay ! Absolutely NOT touching my hair with scissors .it would just be a horror film and I'd end up with a hair cut out of dumb and dumber

I'll just use toner on it at home so it don't go brassy but I'll wait for the hairdressers to open for a proper cut and colour.

Was too late to stop Mr Pf shaving his head the other day. Hopeful that lockdown lasts the next ten weeks now so that his hair has grown back!
