Loads of decent priced hotels in the city. For accom i'd avoid the RLD as it can get a bit dodgy at night. The Jordaan, Leidseplein and Nieumarkt areas are all great with good bars and cafes. Enjoy!

The last twice i've been we've booked an apartment in the Nieuwmarkt area. Very close to where you want to be and if theres a few going it works out cheaper than a hotel, defo worth checking out and i can PM you the site if you want to check it out

Glasgow

We stayed at the NH Carlton overlooking the Flower Market recently and got it for about £240 for 3 nights including brekky. Great location and reasonably quiet after a hard night out!
