Apparently here in Spain they put all the peseta currency in storage and never disposed of many. Does make you wonder if they were far sighted doesnt it. I do find it interesting that despite the doom sayers proclaiming the pound would drop like a stone they must have looked at the wrong website.x

Me too, my first 2 lads holidays was to Parma Nova and I forget the other in 90 or 91 but I remember it was something like 180 to 200 pesetas to a quid, full holiday was £280 for 2 weeks & spends the same another £280

The Euro will survive as long as it suits Germany to keep it going, the EU will survive IF it changes to recognise that it has to, if it doesn't and when others see the UK flourish then the pressure will rise, it wouldn't be good for anyone for it to collapse into chaos. Perhaps other countries will leave and ask to join us in a free trade zone without the political bollocks.

I agree. Some leave voters want the Euro and the EU to collapse, I can’t understand why? Maybe they are xenophobic?

And all the racist remainers want the UK to fail. I want the UK to thrive and don't give a toss about the EU.

All remainers are racist, they only want to trade with and accept immigration from white Europeans. Personally, I look forward to more diversity from around the globe.
