He wants to run again by claiming he "delivered" Brexit. So we may well leave but maintain full alignment with EU regulations with no influence. Alternatively no deal but massive government borrowing to subsidise our losses. There was no plan, but apparently 43% of those who voted are happy with whatever we get. So that's what we get.
