"What's an exit poll? If it's asking people who they voted for on the way out it can't be very accurate as I've never seen that happen where I live. " The whole point of any opinion poll is that you ask a sample of people how they intend to or did vote - not everybody. Samples are constructed using sophisticated statistical methods to ensure that the sample is reflective of the population as a whole in terms of age, social class, gender, etc. If you ask enough people - over 1000, in fact - then you can be 95% sure that you result as predicted by the poll will be roughly the same as the actual result. Exit polls have two big advantages - they ask an awful lot of people how they actually voted. I reckon the actual result will be pretty similar to the exit poll prediction, plus or minus about five to ten seats for C and L parties.

No, because I don't buy into the media smears - but I do buy into social reform and moving away from the selfish state and where those truly in need get the support they need, where healthcare is available and schools are properly funded and the other ideals he holds. I've made it perfectly clear that JC was not necessarily the right man but nor is BJ frankly - as I've also said I don't think any of the mainstream parties are *currently* what we need to move forward as a country but as long as the media control elections in the way they do, and people continue to buy into the rhetoric and lies (from all sides) and maintain a selfish attitude towards the general well being of others, I very sadly can't see a great deal changing and I find *that* a very scary prospect regardless of what anyones politics are.

You mean sympathising with terrorists and Marxism ? No, because I don't buy into the media smears - but I do buy into social reform and moving away from the selfish state and where those truly in need get the support they need, where healthcare is available and schools are properly funded and the other ideals he holds. I've made it perfectly clear that JC was not necessarily the right man but nor is BJ frankly - as I've also said I don't think any of the mainstream parties are *currently* what we need to move forward as a country but as long as the media control elections in the way they do, and people continue to buy into the rhetoric and lies (from all sides) and maintain a selfish attitude towards the general well being of others, I very sadly can't see a great deal changing and I find *that* a very scary prospect regardless of what anyones politics are."

"The exit polls last time were bang on correct and are normally very accurate. Go Boris The polls are spot on, and they predict the best future for the UK" Well if they are it’s because the majority voted that way. I think labour supporters must be more vocal or most of fab is left wing as none of the threads on here tonight are reflecting that.

I seriously believe that real damage has been done to this country, and it is now going to continue. I also don't think deluded is a particularly strong or offensive thing to say.
