After watching interviews with Ken Clarke and John Major, the far right hsve indeed taken over the Conservatives.

Will the far right be likely to over step the msrk before the election with moderate tory voters?

Strangely, I think Johnson is a moderate. But he can read the tea leaves of his party and tells them what they want to hear.
