To be honest he should have gone a while ago causing all that shit when he named people in parliament causes a witch hunt and it turned out there was no truth in it.one guy died with suspicion hanging over him.All to try and smear the opposition.

When I first saw the headline I thought it was Tom Watson the great American golfer in the 70’s and 80’s

Verifiable facts or hearsay? Do you have a source?

Mate google it he stood up in parliament and said I want to ensure that the Metropolitan police secure the evidence, re-examine it and investigate clear intelligence suggesting a powerful paedophile network linked to parliament and No 10."Leon brittain died while still under suspicion and having his house searched. So no not hearsay.

Yes, he was taken in by the Carl Beech allegations, just as the Met Police were taken in.

Fair play - I just wanted to know exactly what you were referring to.

Hey I give everybody their chance but honestly you are just repeating the same old bs that the right wing press churn out all the time which is lazy imho. Dont mistake me for a corbynista as I have a lot of reservations about him but the one thing I can say about him is he is scrupulously honest to the point of being boring unlike most of the current cabinet and especially that lying bumptious old etonian twat who so many of the right wing fanboys on here seem to love!

I’m a labour supporter...that’s what hurts .....Tory’s will still win cos labour have corbyn and McDonnell running them ...they hate anything pro -english....and will slag Britain off just to please their left wing ..daisy chain making...houseboat dwelling voters......If labour had a half decent leader they would win the election

Christ I know that sense of frustration alright! Corbyn is surrounded by Jon Lansman’s momentum lot whose closed shop ideology appears at times to be like the old days of 1970’s labour which as we all know is likely to scare off more people than it will win. The trouble is that although JC is a good die hard socialist with his heart in the right place but he appears severe and humourless and has never really known how to woo the general public and he hates journalists which is hardly surprising given how much shit stirring they do against him. He’s a better man than Blair but these days if you’ve got a character it doesn’t seem to matter how much of a prick you are (Boris, Farage, Rees-Mogg etc) the plums brought up on celebrity culture will vote you in for entertaining them with lies and bullshit rather than trying to make the world a better place! Sorry for the rant but it really fucks me right off!

Yes, I agree.

He did better than anyone expected in 2017.

But two defeats in two consecutive elections and it would be time for someone else to have a go.

I think some of people here are forgetting that in 2016, Jeremy Corbyn was re-elected as the leader of the Labour Party with 61% of the votes. As such he carry’s a huge mandate from the Labour party’s 500,000 membership. The party is now moving to where it should be standing, for democratic socialism, not the champagne socialism of the past! Maybe that’s a path that Mr Watson didn’t want to take, but I for one am glad it’s the route Labour finally are going.

You've already made your mind up snd cherry picking "evidence" to support your opinion.
