A series of government advertisements claiming to debunk myths about universal credit has been banned for misleading the public.

Not surprised with this lot, how much did the Brexit ads cost? Something's may change, really . Thanks for the information. Add on the garden bridge fiasco. The water cannons and granting a ferry contract to a company with no ferries. Sums this shower up.

I don't understand why tbey do it either.

The Tories did something similar a few years ago.

One "claimant" claiming she was glad to be sanctioned and money stopped as it gave her incentive, later discovered to be false . Iain Duncan Smith's handy work

The media( the sun, guardian yahoo news) report the get ready for brexit campaign cost £100 Million. If this number is accurate it twice what is spent advertising the National Lottery in a year and £25million more than tesco spend on annual advertising. Again paid for by you the tax payer
