The one thing you both have in common is your not in scotland.....If so you would know she is a massive ego wrapped up in a cloak of incompetance...Failing schools, health,transport...Oh and a complete obsession with getting another "Once in a generation" referendum 5 years after the previous vote...The SNP are just a grievance party. No part of the Govt is being run in a competant manner up here.

We're in Scotland. SNP are doing so badly at everything, we keep voting them back in, even after 12 years in government, sitting miles ahead in opinion polls, unheard of in modern politics.

Edinburgh

"Once in a generation" was never part of the prospectus. It was merely a warning that this chance would probably be such, given the usual hostility of the London parties to democracy for Scotland.

Anyone who trots out that phrase against the very strong desire in Scotland for Indyref 2 is guilty of deception.

Hopefully the next time, it will be a fairer playing field - free of dark money, last minute illegal vows and the highly improper interference of the unelected head of the UK.

However, the unionists are already up to their dirty tricks, seeking to have the question on the ballot made less clear.

Some of these unionist extremists are even trying to abuse democracy right now by asking, in a Holyrood petition, for a two thirds majority to decide the result, as Robin Cook shamelessly achieved by the Cunningham amendment, when Callaghan's government was on its last legs.

Labour apparatchiks still tell themselves the lie that the SNP was responsible for ushering in the Thatcher government in the wake of this anti-democratic behaviour, when in fact they were authors of their own demise. They are abusers, nothing less, but the electorate have dealt them their just desserts and the next election will not be kind to them or their tory unionist friends.

Parcel of rogues in a nation. Keir Hardy would be truly ashamed of the nest of vipers which makes up Labour's Scottish branch.

Only ahead by pandering to a section of the electorate as does Trump. A split opposistion is there greatest strength. So keep voting for incompetence and you will never be surprised by what follows.

Yes Labour are a mess. But then a party which gave us workers rights,a minimum wage. The NHS , The equal pay act...Oh and lots more...Now the SNP they have a history that needs less pride to look back at...flirtations with other nationalists, which led to one leader D Young calling for Scots to refuse conscription to WW2...Yes a party that talks left wing but are pandering to McColl and other billionaires ....I would love to hear of there great achievements but it seems winning some elections and destroying the once great scottish education system is a legacy i suppose.

Yes by using English Money under the Barnet Formula !

Try doing it on your own ? Please go on !

I know let the English vote then you would get your independence no problem !

Would love to, only problem is English MPs won't 'allow' Scotland the opportunity.

I wonder why, given Scotlands financial drain on England?

Probbally because the queen wouldn’t like it and it might set Northern Ireland off again .

Let's compare A&E waiting times then. Seen in 4hrs, Sco 91%, ENG 82.4%, Wales 77%.

If failing means, keeps getting elected after 12 years, then aye, it's failing badly.

They aren't perfect, some of their policies are beyond stupid, but they are the best on offer in Scotland by miles.

Lets look again at this wonderful parties record and promises...Abolish council tax ? Fail

Poverty levels of 17% on taking office. "A serious failure of politics and the economy" they said. Today it is 20% Yes UP from the failure they derided. FAIL

Use of council spending to enforce there cuts..The debacle of uniting the policeforces and the rise in violent crime have gone hand in hand.. Fail

Oh lets throw in Railways, a hospital that cost £14million that has been unused for a year .The named person cluster of stupidity. Every cancer diagnosis to treatment target missed.

But wait we have bridge tolls !! Soon to have a tax on your parking at work!!......Yes i beam with pride at the Scottish Governments achievements

that’ll be the bridge built by foreign (sorry international companies. I do wonder how many of these companies still have a standing in Scotland now that this project is complete) and using Chinese steel

I don't understand how if Scotland gain independence, IIRC they said they would run into the arms of a deeper relationship with the EU. That doesn't look like independence to me.

Out of the frying pan and into the fire.

As for bumbling backstabbing Boris, as I believe he will be revealed to be, nope. Next.

As for the bearded one, another one who bumbles; it looks like Blair's got Jeremy's arm twisted behind his back and can coerce him to do his bidding on behalf of his beloved EU.

Jo Swinson; Even worse!

Nigel: Heh, I saw a brexit party rally a while back. Some local MP or other spoke - I was really impressed with how sincere and down to earth his talk was. After that, a big build up occured as Nigel was introduced to jazzy cheesy music as he walked on stage with that big fixed grin (you know the one) and arms raised. Once it all settled down, he started to flap his gums and it came across as much more cliched and lacking the genuineness of the other guy. I think that said quite a bit. I then switched off.

Caroline Lucas: A nice ordinary lady. Or so I thought till I caught an interesting bit of behind the scenes footage. I've glimpsed enough to see she's quite the wolf in sheep's clothing, another establishment stooge with her green agenda not all it seems on the surface.

John "the peas are good tonight dear" Major: Despite being an utter EU quisling I miss the good old days of the stuffy old Conservatives from the 90's when I was a kid - Seeing as the 90's is in fashion again - even Spitting Image is back! I think we should bring them all back for old times sake.

Uncle Ken has a personality instilling belief and confidence of truth. Looks like a man who won’t lie.

Now, that’s not the same as telling the truth but in 2019, it’s hard to find true ‘truths’. He won’t be picked but it would bring humour back to the front benches.

Maybe it’s because even though he is posh he still behaves like a real gentleman unlike say JRM who is just a robber baron dressed up as an edwardian nonce.

Yeah always liked Ken and would have liked him as leader.

However, he's another one of those Bilderbergers in the vein of Cameron, Osborne and John "the peas are good dear" Major, so he would tend to take orders and be influenced by them.

Naturally then he wanted to remain on the EU gravy train, riding on the sweat and blood of the people.

At least he's honest about his position and not purporting to be "blurghblurghblurghblurghblurgh leaving with or without a deal on 31st Oct (as if), honestly Mr Speaker".
