Why are the child’s parents twats? For going to climate change protest? Or because they dared to insult the Brexit ‘messiah ‘ Boris?

Yes we have kids and teach them to think for themselves, not bend to our will.

Shouting at the PM will change nothing and if you think Boris is to blame for all the problems of the world you need to get out more.

If Boris IS to blame for climate change then the child has every right to fuck Boris. If not, then i doubt he'll care what the child wants to do to him.

Nothing can save the human species and we have to be honest about it. There are too many people on earth and that is the main problem. Manifestations / strikes are advisable because it shows that people, especially young people, are not indifferent to certain problems.

Actually I don’t believe Boris is to blame for all the worlds problems but I do think he is an egomaniac who cheats and bluffs his way through each and every day and he is not now or ever will be fit to lead this country

You've got to wonder why people shout fuck Boris on a climate change protest when this conservative government have announced the tightest c02 reduction schedule in the entire world?.

So why did you make this about Brexit? Im sure it's possible to be environmentally aware and still vote leave? Plus do you really need to use terms such as "brexshiters" ? Do you think the divisive language actually helps? Do you think people who voted leave will read that and "change their ways"? It's embarrassing.

In London there were communist and marxist stalls seeking members. They seem to be taking over the Climate Change movement. It's the new fundamentalist religion, and anybody who dares criticise it gets abuse and even threats, but here goes!

CC is an international marxist inspired movement designed to brainwash the young, piss off the rest of us and de-stabilise society. As in the recent Australian elections, votes will reject it, given the chance. BUT if it snowballs, expect the emergence of some sort of Stalin or Mugabe whose policies will lead to mass starvation, followed by crack-downs on anyone who dares protest (think of Stalin's policies at work in the Ukraine in the 1930s).

Well, that's me damned by 90% of those here, but everyone is entitled to their opinion - at the moment!

Climate change and pollution.

Are you aware. In the uk alone, we have 289 crematoriums. And in those crematoriums per a year, between them, they cremate on average, 467,748 people.

That is one hell of a lot of energy to incinerate them. gas oil air pollution. And one hell of a lot of cucumber sarny's.

Do you ever look at right wing media? What a bizarre post. "

.

And yet on here according to most of you plebs the most fascist right wing government since Mosley is in power and they've set the most stringent c02 reductions in the entire world.

If anybody listened to anything written on here you'd swear the Tory party are opening up coal plants and letting folks run free on cheap petroleum at 55p a gallon.

No that's right under right wing and left wing for 30 years we've had the most progressive fuel tax in Europe!.

"I saw the protest on Leeds .

Since when was the Socialist Workers Party anything to do with climate change !

Who knows

Why are Kippers/BNP/Britain first and the Brexit party climate change deniers .

Tell me the connection between the far right and climate change denial and maybe we can work out why socialism has a climate change connection..

It’s a bad mad beautiful world...

Kids should rebel..It’s compulsory

"

Good reply Bob ??

As you know I voted Brexit tho I have no party affiliation .

As for kids rebelling , tbh what I saw looked more like kids been told and shown what to do by adults !

Now if it was kids on thier own that’s rebelling !

Our class went on strike when we were 10 cos we didn’t like the teacher !

I’m no climate change denier , I think it’s pretty obvious spewing shit onto the atmosphere will have affects !

My main point was from what I could see was thier were plenty of people thier who I suspect were more interested I regime change !

I could be wrong but it was my take .

Also I wouldn’t and don’t like seeing young kids on Brexit marches either .

Yeah no doubt plenty of people at these marches have political agendas as well as concerns for the environment.

If you want to bring your kids along that’s their choice .The effects of pollution and environmental degradation will be their children’s problem.

"Climate change and pollution.

Did you see it on bbc2 this evening? When he pointed out that if all planes stopped flying something they want it would reduce global warming by 0.03 degrees. Then he ask how they intended to stop using gas by 2025 how is every gas boiler and cooker going to be replaced and by what in 6 years she didn't have a clue.If people think this is good publicity for extinction rebellion they must be as mad as her.

It's a stupid question to ask.

Burning gas for heating isn't being banned, only the installation of new gas boilers (in new builds, I think).

A gradual phasing out.

No it was the question on zero emissions by 2025 and how they would meet it he was pointing out that its not possible. That is the governments position you are on about and to complete by 2050 which is more realistic. You should watch it on catch up skip the first bit with blair though as he was talking bollocks as usual.

I give to their cause so I’m aware of their demands if you check out their website you’ll see the 3 demands and you can give .

Demand No1 Tell the truth

Government must tell the truth by declaring a climate and ecological emergency, working with other institutions to communicate the urgency for change.

Demand No2 Act Now!

Government must act now to halt biodiversity loss and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2025.

Demand no3 Beyond Politics

Government must create and be led by the decisions of a Citizens’ Assembly on climate and ecological justice.

I’d post the link but i know you goons would report it.

Probably a bit of both, these protestors are giving me hope for the future "

They are your hope?

Jesus wept.

Pitiful.

"Assuming

..not good ..I love my cars etc .so I will do as I'm told and buy petrol as it's my enjoyment ...I'm leaving it to all the others to save the planet as in 50 years I won't give a shit ...let the young people pick up my carbon footprint...I fly drive ride bikes ..have central heating drink through a plastic straw .etc etc xx"

At least you know what's happening and don't care.

That's better than those who are clueless and still try to argue

The same people who tell you the world is run by oil companies manipulating us through the media, are the same who lap up man-made climate change propaganda from those same sources like a dog on badger poo.

.

Yes despite Exxon paying out millions in research to develop the lio iron battery in the 70s, despite most green technology coming from capitalism, despite the fact they've all lived fat on the hog of cheap energy and continue to do so.

The real issue is those of us that see it as a problem that needs action and mitigation and those who like to use it as a stick to beat you into communism.

We know the ones, never met anybody, never seen anybody, shagged a black bird, always voted green but like to think Doomsday is next year.

Plymouth OYO Hotel

Meanwhile, there was another protest going on at Labour and Conservative headquarters the other day.

This was to free Lynda Thyer, a biochemist involved with the proven highly effective GcMaf cancer treatment, who is currently languishing in a 140% overcrowded large French jail, the worst jail in Europe.

Despite having done nothing wrong, she was essentially k1dnapped by the state - under the EU arrest warrant - and extradited without proper due process. Then dumped in jail on trumped up charges by an extremely corrupt judge. She is blocked from contact with the outside world despite the efforts of many who are aware, and has twice tried to take her life.

None of this long running saga has been covered by the media, so people don't care - because they haven't been told to.

If we weren't in the EU this wouldn't have happened. The European Arrest Warrant enables anyone to be arrested and extradited without having been proven guilty or without any proper due process really.

That is authoritarianism by any other name in my book.

As for the Extinction Rebellion, yes the whole climate change thing is to force 5G SMART meters into everyone's home. They were banging on about it the other day, also telling us all gas boilers need to go (so they can be electric and also hooked up to 5G).

seems the public are now getting pissed off with them.A couple of protesters dragged off the roof of a train this morning by angry commuters.I wondered how long it would be before people started taking the law into their own hands.

Yep, how dare these people inconvenience commuters and commerce! Its much more important that we are all good little worker bees and keep producing profits for billionaires than we save the species and maybe even all life on earth.

Do you think the rest of them would consider doing the same in future if the train had set off...

Idiots.

An 83 year old bloke who’s a retired university lecturer glued his hand to a train in London today.

He’s been arrested 13 times already for XR ...

I don’t think he gives a fuck..

Extinction Rebellion are not centrally organised.

Individuals and groups do their own thing within a rough set of rules.

I don't think that disrupting a mass transport system is the most sensible plan when one of your aims is to get people to rethink how they travel.

Can't get everything right I suppose

This was a bit of an own goal today. I understand they are going for maximum publicity, but at a time when Mayor Khan was trying to find a way for them to protest legally again they've really misjudged this action.

I literally can't wait to find out what's going to kill us all next! I dunno what it'll be, but you can bet your boots they'll need to tax me for it...

I was just using brexit to illustrate how illogical, hypocritical, nonsensical and silly your comments are about being violent towards people protesting the lack of action by the government on climate change by pointing out that some people can't get to work, meanwhile supporting brexit which is putting so many more people out of work.

The real question is what are you so threatened by people who want positive change.

If they wanted positive change they'd glue themselves to the Chinese,US and Indian embassies, plus any member of OPEC! They've had their soft hands burned now though, I doubt we'll see them piss off anyone who might fight back again.
