Drone Attack on Refinery

I am not 100% convinced that the Drone attack carried out was in fact by Iran.

Going by the current Saudi Regime actions in recent history, I think its a massive con.

Think about it, currently Saudi Arabia have a fiscal deficit, oil prices have been quite low for sometime, the increase in renewables has also attributed to it low oil prices.

So how do you increase oil prices?

Reduce supply? Yes but how? Turn off the taps? No it has not been agreed by OPEC who control Oil Prices.

How about destroying a facility? Yes it will take time to fix or repair the facility, oil prices will increase quickly and remain high during that period due to short supply.

Who can we blame?. we know there is cold war between Saudi and Iran, Iran can protest but it will not be believed, so we can blame the conflict on yemen houthi rebels supported by Iran.

The higher the oil prices the more money is made, plus the saudi’s will ask to purchase more weapons to defend against Iranian Aggression, therefore the USA and other countries will sell more Arms.

Call me a pessimist, but there are always ulterior motives when oil is involved.

Or they got someone to do it ! I doubt Iran would have done it , why risk an attack on themselves ?

The moderates in Iran held sway when the nuclear deal was agreed.

The hard-liners said the US could not be trusted.

In Iran's eyes, the hard-liners were right.

So now the hard-liners are flavour of the month again.

Iran is more emboldened as a result.

During the tanker crisis in the Gulf, Trump's dithering about a military response emboldened them further.

Trump is waging economic war on Iran, trying to str@ngle the country with the $.

An attack on an major oil refinery is also economic warfare.

Trump's apparent lack of any strategy makes this whole thing such a mess.

The only thing he has succeeded in doing is sideline the moderates in Iran and bring the hard-liners back to the fore.

The missiles displayed by the Saudis had marking in Roman letters and numerals.

I would have thought the script on Iranian made weaponry would be in Iranian (Persian) knowing their hatred of the West.

Oh here we go...

Has anyone noticed how whenever a nation is targeted for takeover, said nation suddenly starts doing all these terrible things every other week?

Same old same old, we had it with Iraq, Libya, Syria.

Next we'll be told they've chemically attacked their own people, or whatever crime is in fashion at the moment, and we'll be hearing over and over and over and over in the media from talking heads and mps how Iran are very bad and action simply must be taken!

Meanwhile proof tends to be a bit lacking.

So once again, we'll get yet another vote in the house of commons where a vote to take action will be taken, and once again we'll go to invade another country and take them over, stop if you've heard this before.

After Iran's done that's pretty much the middle east done then I think. So then it's off to Asia, with Malaysia first (or one of the first on the list - they've been a thorn in the side ever since they held a trial for the Western world invading Iraq illegally). We'll again start seeing all these attacks happening every week or so that big bad Malaysia are perpetrating on their people(!) and so on, the usual trial by media, no foooking proof required, rinse and repeat.

Even better, I wonder if we'll hear Iran have been poisoning their own people with Novichok, borrowed from Russia!

The other thing we usually hear, or read especially in the Sun, about a targeted nation is how they're "backed by Russia" and other such sh1t stirring.

We're also getting that one with Venezuela, because the elected president Maduro isn't playing ball.

Will these type of news divert the media attention on... E.g.: Impeachment of current potus? Disclosure of tax information from current potus? 12 to 24 extra females accusing potus of sexual assault?

Hope not, but in case of war with Iran we will likely need to send our troops to the middle East to support with the invasion - very likely condition in order to the greatest deal ever with the US.

The attack financially benefits Saudi Arabia and allows them to buy in weapons during a period when some countries were under pressure to cut supplies.

If Iran was as evil as people say, they would have bombed Yemen, and had it blamed on the Saudis.

The UK backed the US up for Iraq, and how did the US respond? Their government actively tried to bankrupt the UK government by dumping bad assets on them and barclays bank. They also imposed the largest fines ever on a company, that was British, raiding British peoples tax funds.

They also downed aircraft from the UK when they found out the British had found a plot to attack the US. The UK had asked them not to down the aircraft as the cell would activate in the UK and attack the UK and they needed time to get eyes on all them.

The US didn't give a shit, they downed the planes and british intelligence were caught with their pants down running around london to try stop an active terror cell, put in motion by the US.

It is America First, you go to war for them because you are a five eyes country, and you get nothing for it. In fact, you can take bleached chicken, eggs, oil, and gas from America too.. That is the deal.

They wont even bail out their own states.

When your say the UK you mean the labour party surely!.

I don't know anybody personally that thought it was a good idea except the labour government and every mp in parliament (except for a handful).

I meant more mi5/mi6/British intelligence.
