"Boil 16,800 eggs" I see what you did there, but I do like my boiled eggs to be over cooked. Thus at the end of 5 weeks, less than 16,800 eggs will have been boiled. What will happen to the unboiled eggs? Would an extension be appropriate, or would the chief egg boiler refuse to ask for an extension?

If the EU sees a GE on the horizon, they give the extension, there's no doubt.

"I had assumed , the Brexit government, would be talking to the EU daily to try and forge the super deal of the century " . Political conferences coming up. I can't help thinking if it was anyone but Jeremy Corbyn the political outlook would be totally different..he seems to be disliked by as many labour voters on the these threads as others

"Party Conferences. The country going down the tubes and MPs and the party faithful on their annual jolly. The Tories morphing into a nuremberg style rally, labour into a red square parade without the missiles and soldiers, and the lib dems discussing which party to support in exchange for their leader becoming deputy PM " . Going down the tubes?. We've just posted better than expected growth rates . Bring it on

Because the media has said so often enough. Being a member state of the European Union is terrible for the UK... Why? Because the media has said so often enough.
