" No, because a democratic peoples vote would allow for voting about not just yes or no. A peoples vote would have at least a chess boards worth of options available to vote on. | |||

" There isn't time for a referendum before October 31. Which reminds me of Tusk back in April urging the UK to "please don't waste this time" during the ensuing six months. | |||
