"We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it." That is right and that is the first sign of how it starts.

"Johnson needs to be very careful how he plays this 'dictator' scenario, or he could find himself spending his dotage in a prison cell." Lol, really ?

"Johnson needs to be very careful how he plays this 'dictator' scenario, or he could find himself spending his dotage in a prison cell. Lol, really ?" It all depends upon how far he's prepared to go. Dictators generally tend to not fare so well once their rule is over.

"His cabinet will almost be empty, as many dont agree with him, is this a start of a dictatorship?" Every PM does the same basically,I am not sure if he can deselect an MP as that done by the local party. He is taking a leaf out of Corbyn's book with the hard liners selecting MP's there is no difference.

"Yes, the Brexit Cabal that refused to follow party discipline under Mrs May are now demanding, um, er, party discipline under Billy Bunter. " Pretty much spot on, the ones who refused to follow the party demanding everyone follow the party now they have the power. However it is politics and May could have demanded they follow the party line or sank the country too. I just dont know what a general election would do. If you opposed Boris and got voted back in, surely that means keep opposing him? Surely if he kicked you out of the party, then just run as an independent and promise people in your area that Boris will have to do a deal with you, like they had to do with the DUP. These people are mainly all psychopaths. They can hold the party to ransom just as much as boris can as leader.

"His cabinet will almost be empty, as many dont agree with him, is this a start of a dictatorship?" I disagree. Those he appointed to cabinet posts were done so on the basis that they DID agree with him. I suspect you are confusing Cabinet with general Conservative MP's None of those at risk of deselection - or indeed expulsion from the party - are members of the cabinet. I do of course refer to Dominic Grieve (already deselcted by his local Conservative association), David Gauke and Philip Hammond

"Has grieve been deselected. I thought it was still going thru... " Been threatened with it. Other names you'll hear in the next few days are Antoinette Sandbach, Alistair Burt and Guto Bebb, all Conservative MPs that will oppose the PM.

"Phychopaths ????? fuck ive heard so exaggeration on here but you take the biscuit. " Not just Boris, but all politicians rate highly on psychopath tests. Like most Businessmen do too. Surely everyone knows that. Labour, the green party, liberals, conservatives, its just a bunch of psychopaths with different opinions.

Well most people who know anything about phycology. The sociopath/psychopath makes up a smallish percentage of the population but a rather large percentage of business/entrepreneur/politicans/scientists etc etc.

"i dont recognize these traits in my local mp or any business men i know.Psychopathy is traditionally a personality disorder characterized by persistent antisocial behavior, impaired empathy and remorse, and bold, disinhibited, and egotistical traits." . According to most psychology studies done you get a ratio of about 1-2% of the population with psychopathic traits, the male prison population jumps to about 30% just above CEOs at about 23%. It's a personality trait that works for business and criminals.

Just because you don't recognise them doesn't mean they aren't there. Another well known aspect of psychopathy is their ability to decieve; especially those pre-disposed to believe their bullshit. You're just susceptible. Doesn't make you a bad person.

"Yes, the Brexit Cabal that refused to follow party discipline under Mrs May are now demanding, um, er, party discipline under Billy Bunter. Fuck 'em. " . Johnson doesn't want Tory MPs to vote against the tories and with Corbyn , yet Johnsons Cabinet ( and Johnson himself ) previously voted against the tories and with Corbyn , The Tories that Johnson doesn't want to vote with Corbyn and against the tories are the same tories who previously voted with the tories and against Corbyn

"What does it tell you about how far to the right the Conservative Party has swung when people like Ken Clarke, Burt, Hammond are branded as traitorous rebels? These are the people who voted to leave the EU with an agreement. They were thwarted by the Brextremists who are now in Government. " The split in the Conservative Party could well be massive. Most Conservatives prefer the more moderate politics of Clarke and Hammond and not those of Johnson and Raab.

"The boss is always right . .that's what I tell my staff ....they tend to agree or it's bus time" They probably agree because they need to put food on the table and pay bills, i think that you appear to be a dictator. Maybe you should have a holiday in think about how you are as a person.

"His cabinet will almost be empty, as many dont agree with him, is this a start of a dictatorship?" But was it Boris who did the firing, or is there some other puppet master in charge of Boris? Is Boris nothing more than the public monkey, dancing on stage to the "advice" of the real organ grinder?

"When dictators come to power they never do it openly, it is always 'the will of the people' that forces them to suspend democracy, reduce freedom and impose an autocratic dictatorship. It is telling how quickly de Pfeffel is moving to remove all opposition to his rule and how easily he claims it to be the will of the people." You know all about Adolf Hitler don't you

Hmm, will that be the same person who served in both world wars, was spurned by his exes, invented Autobahns long before the UK got that tiddly bit of M6 near Preston and invented motorway services on the "difficult to engineer" stretch of Autobahn which passes Chimsee?
