Remaining in the EU is by far the best option. Unless you're A, trying to avoid paying tax, or B, keen to remove EU standards from UK law.

A shit deal is the next best option.

No deal is literally mental. Unless you're in group A or B as above.

Err... except they don't. Any proposals passed by the European Parliament (and not vetoed by us beforehand) than have to go through the Houses of Parliament before they are law here. They can't make us do anything. The whole 'regaining sovereignty' thing is a fallacy as it was never lost.

Leave won the 2016 referendum and they are the only ones that intend on honouring the result.

There was only two options on the ballot paper.

Leave or remain.

Leave won.

Respect democracy and leave without a deal. The Eu won’t give us a better deal thanks to May and her remainer deal.

You can’t always get your way, otherwise it becomes a dictatorship. We can’t keep holding referendums till you get the result that you want.

Our system is parliamentary democracy. We vote for representatives and they get to run the country as they see fit on our behalf. The referendum was, and should only be treated as an official opinion poll; what we've done is replace our system with a one-off shot of direct democracy which means MPs doing what they're supposed to is somehow 'undemocratic' It's ridiculous.

The MPs should have taken the obvious show of dissatisfaction with the EU very seriously and taken appropriate steps in a thoughtful and considered manner with no time limit.

Instead we jumped on a greasy slide to the unknown which could have incredibly bad results for the country, with barely a hint of an upside beyond some vague suggestion of a return to 'the good old days'

So, I think Brexit should happen if it's truly the best thing for the UK. To do it because of people's 'feelings' or in a rushed and compromising way? Fuck no.

It's one of the biggest mistakes that this country could make. Due to the UK's geographic position, as well as its trading situation with Europe, the UK has massive gains from being inside the EU. The public were manipulated by devious and illegal means, leading to a narrow margin in favour of voting to leave the EU, after a deal had been agreed (Leaving via a no deal, was explicitly excluded from the scope of the referendum).

The UK benefits from 60 odd trade agreements with other countries, that produce enormous benefits. It will likely to fail to achieve equivalent deals, in comparison with a huge market place such as the EU - and it is likely to take many years to attain that many deals. Until then, the UK will be worse off, hence why the £ has devalued since the referendum, costing people who travel £millions already.The market knows the risks and the £ will fall further. Many reasons that peoples' shopping will be more expensive for years to come.

People were hoodwinked into 'sovereignty' having huge importance. The UK parliament has it, which is what is now visible via the voting and law making that politicians are doing. No one has identified any EU law concept that is catastrophic for the UK.

And yet Johnson and co are very happy to make many changes and laws that are

Evidence is strongly against it being right to leave the EU and conversely very strongly in favour of it remaining.
