Is anyone familiar with the antontax avoidance rules coming in?

Given we are rolling over eu laws, is there a date when these become out laws by default?

Am I being too conspirital if I note a person with lots of holding companies is bank rolling farage?

I was thinking more of Banks bankrolling leave.eu and Brexit party.

Not wishing to imply farage was doing it for these reasons. Just being used.

I think you are missing the point of Brexit.

There are probably as many bankrolling the remain campaign too. . .but you seem to be high lighting just the Brexit side. . . Why is that?

Where there's power there's money and people who want both.

Okay, ignore the banks bit for now.

Does anyone know when the anti tax avoidance rules kick in? And if they will form part of uk law? And if so is there a date when, if brexit occured, they'd not become UK law?

But those bank rolling remain. Don't have tax avoidance on their agenda.

Tax avoidance was the topic under discussion.

The Conservative and Unionist Party is the political wing of the City of London - more than half its election funding comes from there.

One look at the CVs of Ministers confirms.

The rule on hybrid mismatches aims to prevent companies from exploiting national mismatches to avoid taxation.

"In addition to the proposal the Commission also published its Staff Working DocumentSearch for available translations of the preceding link•••.

"The Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive contains five legally-binding anti-abuse measures, which all Member States should apply against common forms of aggressive tax planning.

"Member States should apply these measures as from 1 January 2019.

I love how the left turn into giant conspiracy theorists over rich people and tax but cry tinfoil hat wearing crazies to anybody that mentions Clinton.

The left and the right are two sides of the same coin.

I love a good conspiracy theory. Doesnt mean intake it seriously. But will look to see how valid some of the arguments are.

On Brexit, I struggle to see why anyone cares so much as to chuck millions at it.

Cynical me always things there's a return on investment when business men spend big. This is an area which could explain it.
